Return and Cancellation Policy

​At ATT inDian Online, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below are the rules regarding cancellations and returns across our various service categories.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Food & Sweets: Cancellations are only permitted within 2 minutes of placing the order. Once the kitchen or bakery starts preparation, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Groceries & Products: You can cancel these orders anytime before the vendor dispatches them for delivery.
  • Services (Salon, Plumbers, etc.): Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. If the service provider has already reached your location, a minimum visiting fee will be charged.
  • Wedding Logistics & Productions: These require a significant amount of planning. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Grocery & Fresh Items: Due to the perishable nature of these goods, returns are only accepted at the time of delivery if the items are damaged, expired, or incorrect.
  • Garments: We offer a 7-day exchange policy for size or manufacturing defects, provided the tags are intact and the item is unused.
  • Electronics: Returns are only accepted if the product is "Dead on Arrival" or has a physical defect. For all other issues, the brand’s warranty policy will apply.
  • Used Items: Please note that all sales in the Used Items category are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed for second-hand goods.
  • Custom Printing: As these items are personalized to your design, they cannot be returned or refunded once the printing process has begun.

3. Refund Process

  • Paid Orders: If a cancellation is approved or a return is processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Wallet) within 5-7 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: For returns of COD orders, the refund will be issued via the ATT inDian Online app wallet or a bank transfer.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).

4. How to Request a Return/Refund

  1. ​Go to the "My Orders" section in the app.
  2. ​Select the order you wish to return or report.
  3. ​Click on "Return/Refund" and upload a photo of the issue (if applicable).
  4. ​Our support team in Jammu Kashmir will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
