1. Food & Sweets

  • Quality & Freshness: The responsibility for the quality, taste, and freshness of the food or sweets lies solely with the respective restaurant or vendor.
  • Allergies: Customers must notify the vendor of any specific food allergies at the time of placing the order.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times may vary during peak hours, festivals, or due to weather conditions.

2. Grocery & Products

  • Availability: All items are subject to local stock availability. If an item is out of stock, a substitute or refund will be offered.
  • Pricing: Items will be sold at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) or lower as decided by the vendor.
  • Returns: Only sealed and non-perishable items can be returned according to the return policy.

3. Wedding Logistics

  • Booking: Advance booking (usually 15-30 days) is required for wedding and event services.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation charges will apply based on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
  • Damage: Any damage to rented equipment during the event will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Salon & Parlours

  • Appointments: Services are provided based on the booked time slot. Delays by the customer may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
  • Hygiene: Service providers are required to maintain strict hygiene and sanitization standards.

5. Services (Plumbers, Electricians, etc.)

  • Visit Charges: A minimum visiting fee will be applicable once the service partner reaches the location.
  • Warranty: Any warranty on repairs or labor is provided by the service professional and not by the app platform.

6. Productions (Photo/Video)

  • Copyright: The use of final media for commercial purposes is subject to the agreement between the customer and the production house.
  • Timeline: Final edited data delivery depends on the complexity of the project and will be communicated by the provider.

7. Institutes

  • Admission: Enrollment in any coaching or educational institute is subject to their internal eligibility criteria.
  • Fees: The app acts as an information and lead provider; all fee transactions are between the student and the institute.

8. Garments

  • Trials: There is no "try-on" facility for online garment deliveries.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges for size issues are typically allowed within 7 days, provided tags are intact and the item is unused.

9. Electronics

  • Installation: Installation of heavy appliances must be done by authorized brand engineers to maintain warranty.
  • Warranty: Only the manufacturer's brand warranty will be applicable.

10. Real Estate

  • Verification: Users are strictly advised to physically verify the property and all legal documents before making any payment.
  • Brokerage: Any applicable brokerage or commission must be settled directly with the dealer/agent.

11. Printings

  • Design Quality: The app is not responsible for the print quality if the design/file provided by the customer is of low resolution.
  • Advance Payment: 100% advance payment is mandatory for all customized printing orders.

12. Used Items

  • Condition: All used items are sold on an "as-is" basis. Buyers must inspect the product thoroughly before purchase.
  • No Refund: There is no refund or return policy for second-hand/used goods.

13. Consultancy

  • Professional Advice: Opinions provided by consultants are for guidance only. The app does not guarantee specific results.
  • Confidentiality: All discussions between the client and the consultant shall remain private and confidential.
